Shares of some top managed care companies are up at 10 a.m.:
Aetna rose $.62 or 2.1 percent, to $29.78.
CIGNA rose $.58 or 1.9 percent, to $31.46.
Coventry Healthcare rose $.62 or 2.8 percent, to $22.61.
Humana rose $1.01 or 2.5 percent, to $41.46.
UnitedHealth rose $.56 or 2.0 percent, to $29.23.
WellPoint rose $1.42 or 2.8 percent, to $52.42.
