BOSTON, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Senior Floating-Rate Trust (NYSE: EFR - News; the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Ronald A. Pearlman, Helen Frame Peters and Heidi L. Steiger as Class III Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term. The Fund's Class I and Class II Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
