MORRISTOWN, NEW JERSEY--(Marketwire - 10/12/09) - The Board of Trustees of Ellsworth Fund Ltd. (AMEX:ECF - News) declared its ninety-third quarterly dividend today.
The $0.0985 per share dividend is payable from net investment income on November 25, 2009 to shareholders of record October 22, 2009.
SHAREHOLDERS MEETING DATE: The trustees also set January 15, 2010 as the date of the annual shareholders meeting, with a record date of November 18, 2009.
