ELMIRA, N.Y., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Elmira Savings Bank (Nasdaq: ESBK - News) today announced the opening of a cashless branch and loan production office in Montour Falls, NY. The office will be located at 401 W. Main Street, Montour Falls, NY, in the recently renovated Montour House. The branch will be open initially on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or by appointment.
