MIDLOTHIAN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF - News), a manufacturer of business forms, apparel and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable November 2, 2009 to shareholders of record on October 12, 2009.
