VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 13, 2009) - Epic Data International Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EKD - News), a provider of shop floor data collection and warehouse management solutions, today announced that it has now received the refund of $535,000 from the Canada Revenue Agency in respect of a claim made under the Scientific Research and Experimental Development Program. The funds will be used to pay down the Company's secured debt and other general corporate purposes.
