SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 23, 2009 -- The Board of Directors of Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. (AMEX:ESP - News) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share for the third quarter of fiscal year ending June 30, 2009. The dividend will be payable on March 20, 2009, to all shareholders of record on March 6, 2009.
