LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Espresso Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Warshaw as the new Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the organisation.
Stephen has come to Espresso from a successful career in the business and professional information media sectors. During this time, Stephen spent over 15 years focused on education companies, including Oxford University Press as Managing Director of the English Language Teaching Division and Reed Educational Group (Reed Elsevier plc) as CEO. More recently, Stephen was CEO of the private equity backed MediMedia medical publishing group and Chairman of Iris Software Limited. He is currently Chairman of the Cambridge Education Group.
As an experienced Chairman and CEO in both private and quoted companies, Stephen brings to Espresso a broad strategic and operational track record, and extensive private equity and international experience.
