Sales and Marketing plans are being formulated as the merger of Rudy Beverages and Marshall Holdings International, Inc. enters its due diligence phase, Marshall's CEO, Elwood Sprenger, announced today.

"We are in the final stages of due diligence and hope to have the merger finalized in the very near future. To that end, transitional plans are being developed so we can move rapidly to combine the Marshall and Rudy product lines. This will focus on sales efforts combining each of our customer bases to expand opportunities," stated Sprenger.
