NEW YORK (AP) -- 

Shares of some top managed care companies were mixed at the close of trading:
Aetna rose $.02 or .1 percent, to $29.80.
CIGNA fell $.01 or percent, to $30.95.
Coventry Healthcare fell $.04 or .2 percent, to $22.64.
Humana rose $.30 or .7 percent, to $41.81.
UnitedHealth fell $.16 or .5 percent, to $28.97.
WellPoint unchanged at $52.36.
