--$88,500,000 class A-4 'AAA'; Outlook Stable;

--$42,000,000 class B 'A+'; Outlook Stable;

--$10,500,000 class C 'BBB+'; Outlook Stable.

The above ratings reflect the application of Fitch's criteria 'Rating U.S. Auto Loan-Backed Securitizations: A Tune Up' dated May 30, 2007 and 'Global Structured Finance Rating Criteria' dated Sept. 30, 2009.
