NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings expects to rate the Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri (MOHELA), student loan asset-backed notes, series 2009-1 (LIBOR floating rate notes) class A-1 & A-2 as follows:

-- $67,700,000 class A-1 notes 'AAA/LS1'; Outlook Stable;
-- $118,300,000 class A-2 notes 'AAA/LS1'; Outlook Stable.
