SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - 09/17/09) - Franklin Templeton Limited Duration Income Trust (AMEX:FTF - News), a closed-end investment company managed by Franklin Advisers, Inc., announced today a dividend of $0.076 per share, payable October 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2009 (Ex-Dividend Date: September 28, 2009).

Based on the Fund's net asset value (NAV) of $12.69 at the close of the market on September 16, 2009, the Fund's dividend represents an annualized yield at NAV of 7.19%. At the Fund's market price of $11.70 at the close of the NYSE Amex on September 16, 2009, the Fund's dividend represents an annualized market yield of 7.79%.
