NEW YORK, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The law firm of Freeman Lewis LLP clarifies its press release, issued September 16, 2009, entitled "Federal Court in Manhattan Reinstates Class Action Complaint Against Ricon and ABC for Selling Buses With Non-ADA Compliant Wheelchair Lifts."

The firm's prior press release discussed a lawsuit filed by the Fung Wah Bus Company in federal district court in Manhattan. The federal district court has not indicated whether or not our client, Fung Wah Bus Company, may pursue its lawsuit as a class action, and Fung Wah Bus Company

does not have any claims pending against Ricon. Moreover, no court has ruled that any of Ricon's wheelchair lifts, including the Baylift and the Mirage, are not ADA-compliant. No claims have ever been asserted in the lawsuit against Ricon's parent company, Wabtec, Inc. (NYSE: WAB - News).
