VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2009) - Functional Technologies Corp. (TSX VENTURE:FEB - News) reports the grant of stock options entitling the holders to purchase, for a period of five years, a total of 3,157,500 common shares at a price of $0.50 per share. These stock options will not be exercisable until the company has received approval of its shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange to the company's amended stock option plan.
