Green Energy Resources Receives $3.6 Million US Domestic Order for Woodchips

NEW YORK, Dec. 22, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green Energy Resources (Other OTC:GRGR.PK - News) announced it has received a $3.6 million supply contract for ``dry'' woodchips from a US domestic wood pellet producer. Green Energy Resources will supply approximately 6000-10,000 tons monthly to the New England manufacturer. Shipments will commence in 2008 with plans to ship an initial 500-1000 tons before year's end. The woodchips are being sourced from New York City, Long Island, and the New Jersey area. The order was originally received in May of this year, but was delayed to factory operational issues that have finally been resolved.
