METAIRIE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stephen E. Wessel, President and CEO of Guaranty Savings Bank, a subsidiary of GS Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: GSLA - News), announced that Guaranty Savings Bank ("Guaranty") has expanded by opening a full service branch in the Elmwood Business Park on Citrus Boulevard.
