HRPT Properties sets 12-cent quarterly dividend

HRPT Properties declares regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents, payable Nov. 20

NEWTON, Mass. (AP) -- HRPT Properties Trust declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share.

The office building real estate investment trust said the cash dividend was payable Nov. 20 to shareholders of record Oct. 23.
