Harris gets $90 million Navy deal

Harris gets 5-year $90 million Navy deal for kits to install radios in vehicles

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Harris Corp. received a five-year, $90 million contract from the Navy for more than 3,300 multi-band radio vehicular installation kits, the Pentagon said late Thursday.

Work will be performed in Rochester, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by October 2014.

Shares of the Melbourne, Fla., company added 58 cents to close at $42.24.
