The campaign emphasizes HealthSpring’s coordinated care approach and focus on prevention and exceptional customer service. Actual members and participating doctors from across the company’s markets share their thoughts on HealthSpring’s benefits and overall approach to healthcare for its members.

“Last year’s campaign first introduced real members talking about their personal experiences with HealthSpring,” HealthSpring Vice President of Marketing Mark Tinsey said. “People really responded to those first-hand testimonials, so this year we wanted to expand on that and also allow doctors to talk about why our emphasis on coordinating care and prevention is so important.”

The spots also outline some of HealthSpring’s benefits for the coming year, including plans that offer:

  • No or low monthly premiums.
  • Dental coverage.
  • Fitness club membership.
  • Prescription drug coverage through the gap.

HealthSpring began running its updated campaign this month on major television networks across all its markets in preparation for Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period, which begins Nov. 15 and ends Dec. 31. This is the time when Medicare beneficiaries can make changes to their Medicare plans, including signing up with private Medicare Advantage plans like HealthSpring.

“Our members and doctors can tell the story much better than we can,” Tinsey said. “We want to communicate the ways we help members get more from Medicare and more from life, and what better way to do that than through the stories of real people who have experienced what we offer?”
