Helios High Yield Fund Monthly Dividend Declaration

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwire -10/07/11)- Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY - News) (the "Fund") today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on October 27, 2011 to shareholders of record on October 21, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 19, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.55 on October 6, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield is 10.53%.
