LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) -- Herley Industries Inc., which designs and develops microwave-based technology for the aerospace, defense and medical industries, said Wednesday that Robert M. Moore, a member of its board, has died.
The company did not say when Moore died or give a cause of death.
Moore had served on the board since 2003. Before joining Herley, Moore served in the U.S. Navy for over 35 years and retired as a rear admiral.
Herley shares fell 2 cents to $12.57 in midday trading.
