HONG KONG, July 8, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Highway Holdings Limited (Nasdaq:HIHO - News) today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on August 28, 2009 to shareholders of record on August 18, 2009.
