NEW YORK (AP) -- Hurray Holding Co., which distributes ring tones and other music products, said Tuesday it has named two new board members to replace directors who had resigned.
Bruno Wu and Tongyu Zhou will replace Alan Russell Powrie and Suberna Shringla, both of whom resigned from the board of the Beijing-based company on Sept. 1.
Wu currently sits on the board of video game company Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd. and is co-founder and chairman of The Sun Media Investment Holding Group, a group of media companies.
Zhou is founder and chairman of Shanghai Weida Hi-Tech Group Co., which provides information technology, real estate development and other services.
U.S.-traded shares of Hurray were unchanged at $3.90 in midday trading.
