LAFAYETTE, La., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IBERIABANK Corporation (Nasdaq: IBKC - News), holding company of 122-year old IBERIABANK (www.iberiabank.com) and IBERIABANK fsb (www.iberiabankfsb.com), is pleased to announce the naming of Lewis Rogers as Executive Vice President and Internal Audit Manager of the Company and each of its financial institution subsidiaries. Rogers will be responsible for the internal auditing function of the organization.

For the past nine years, Rogers has served as Head of Credit Administration at Whitney National Bank in New Orleans. Prior to his tenure at Whitney, he was part of the First Commerce Corporation team, where he served in a number of capacities, including Commercial Credit Officer for First Commerce Corporation, Chief Credit Officer for the First Commerce subsidiary banks in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Commercial Lending Officer in the New Orleans commercial and energy segments. He began his banking career at First National Bank of Birmingham.
