NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT; IDT.C) has scheduled its presentation of financial and operational results for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2009 and full-year ended July 31, 2009 via webcast on October 27, 2009 at 5:00 PM Eastern.

The earnings webcast, consisting of management’s pre-recorded remarks, will be accessible through the investor relations page of the IDT website (http://www.idt.net/about/ir/overview.asp) and through www.InvestorCalendar.com. The remarks will be archived and available for replay for one year.

As in the prior quarter, the webcast will not include a Q&A session. In lieu of asking questions during the webcast, investors are invited to e-mail questions to invest@idt.net. The Company will accept questions received through close of business on October 28, 2009. Questioners must identify themselves by name and (if applicable) firm.
