SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Immersion Corp., which develops touch-feedback technology, said Wednesday its CEO Clent Richardson has resigned effective immediately.
Immersion named board member and former CEO Victor Viegas as interim chief executive.
Shares of Immersion rose 58 cents, or 14.4 percent, to $4.60 in morning trading. In the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between $2.31 and $6.10.
