(NASDAQ: ISPH - News) announced today it received the North Carolina Health & Life Sciences Award in the category of “Breakthrough Research” for its denufosol tetrasodium program for cystic fibrosis (CF). This award recognizes innovative research that has the potential to solve problems of great importance to science or society. Inspire received the award at the annual Dinner of Champions, which celebrates leaders in the health and life sciences fields, hosted by the Eastern North Carolina chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
