LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - 07/15/09) - Interlink-US-Net, Ltd. (OTC.BB:IUSN - News) -- Interlink has received a purchase order for 1000 fred units, its proprietary set top unit that delivers entertainment programming, 2Way Videophone, Voice over IP, and Internet connectivity. This order is part of the rollout of the "fred" to the multiple dwelling unit (MDU) market as previously announced by Interlink. In April 2009, the company received an order for 40 fred units for installation at demonstration sites in the U.S. The current order for 1000 units was received after delivery and successful testing at sites as far as 2500 miles apart, These 1000 "fred" units are to be installed in apartment complexes located in Michigan together with head end facilities designed and operated by Interlink.

Once installed and in service, each "fred unit" is expected to generate gross revenues of approximately $70 per month for basic entertainment and internet services. When the current order is fully installed, gross revenues would be $70,000 per month or $840,000 annually based on service contracts. These figures do not include income from additional services offered by the "fred," such as 2Way Videophone, local and national advertising, and premium entertainment channels and events.

Interlink expects additional substantial purchase orders in the near future.

The foregoing statements relating to the company's expectations or future events are forward-looking statements. Actual results and events may, and in all likelihood will, vary substantially and in material ways from the company's expectations, projections or predictions.
