CHARLOTTE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 10, 2008 -- JMI Telecom (Other OTC:JMIM.PK - News) announced today a 50 to 1 reverse stock split, the change of its stock symbol from JMIT to JMIM, and that the Company has engaged The Eversull Group of Plano, Texas for investor relations consulting.
