LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Recruitment firm Korn/Ferry International said Tuesday it has named a member of the upper house of the British parliament and a former CEO of Siebel to its board.
Baroness Denise Kingsmill, 62, is a life peer and member of the House of Lords. Korn/Ferry said Kingsmill is a former partner at a leading London law firm and has advised companies on expansion in Europe.
George Shaheen, 64, has been CEO of software maker Siebel Systems Inc., CEO of Andersen Consulting and CEO of Webvan Group, the online grocer.
The board has nine members.
Shares of Los Angeles-based Korn/Ferry fell 13 cents to $15 in afternoon trading.
