LEBANON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Directors of LCNB Corp. (OTCBB: LCNB - News), at their meeting on November 9, 2009, have declared a Fourth Quarter dividend of $.16 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 15^th to shareholders of record December 1, 2009.
