Landstar System declares dividend of 4.5 cents per share

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- Landstar System Inc. on Wednesday announced a quarterly dividend of 4.5 cents peer share, unchanged from the previous quarter.

The transportation company's dividend will be payable Nov. 27 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 2.
