LeCroy mailed to its shareholders of record as of September 23, 2009 a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials containing instructions for how to access LeCroy's proxy materials, including its proxy statement and 2009 Annual Report, over the Internet and how to vote electronically over the Internet, by telephone, or by mail.
