HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 19, 2008 -- Gulf Publishing Company announced today it will hold the next Energy Executives Operational Insights Breakfast Forum on Thursday, December 4 in Houston, Texas. The forum, titled "From Upstream to Downstream: Industry Outlook 2009," will provide a condensed yet comprehensive picture of the outlook for the entire energy industry for 2009 and beyond.
