SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Lumetra, the San Francisco-based healthcare solutions consulting organization, announced today the completion of the sale of its IntegriGuard subsidiary to HMS (Nasdaq: HMSY - News), a publicly traded company.

In making the announcement, Linda M. Sawyer, Ph.D., RN, Lumetra's Chief Executive Officer, stated: "The sale of IntegriGuard is a significant milestone in the implementation of our strategic plan and allows Lumetra to focus on our core business and clients, driving the advancement of healthcare through evidence-based solutions and technology."
