(Other OTC:MEVT.PK - News) (Frankfurt:MEH.F - News), in collaboration with Megola Inc., is pleased to announce that the 2009 International Builders' Show® & Nextbuild® convention, beginning today in the Las Vegas Convention Center, will see WoodSmart Solutions, Inc. officially launch BluWood® Plus. This exciting new product encompasses all of the attributes of WoodSmart's successful BluWood® treated lumber and wood components, Plus the valuable fire-protection properties made possible by the inclusion of MSE's Hartindo AF21 Fire Inhibitor in its wood-treatment process.

The launch today of BluWood® Plus is a result of the October 2008 signing of a multimillion dollar Agreement between MSE Enviro-Tech, Inc., Megola Inc. and WoodSmart Solutions, Inc. whereby MSE along with Megola, would supply WoodSmart with Hartindo AF21 Fire Inhibitor, to be used by WoodSmart in manufacturing its new, fire-protected BluWood® Plus for the wood building products industry across North America. BluWood® Plus incorporates Hartindo AF21 into WoodSmart's successful BluWood® formula to add the valuable element of fire safety to wooden building components that are protected against mold and mildew, wood rot, termites and other wood-ingesting insects via the BluWood® process.
