MainSource Bank Promotes Lindauer to Senior Commercial Banker

GREENSBURG, IN--(Marketwire - 06/29/09) - Daryl R. Tressler, Chairman, President and CEO of MainSource Bank (NASDAQ:MSFG - News), announced today that Keith Lindauer has been named Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Banker for MainSource Bank. His immediate responsibilities include overseeing the overall administration of the commercial lending portfolio and directing the sales effort within policies and guidelines.

Mr. Lindauer has been employed with MainSource Bank since 1993, most recently serving as a Director of Commercial Banking. He has more than 22 years of banking experience and obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and his Masters Degree from the University of Indianapolis. In addition, he is a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Bartholomew Church in Columbus, Indiana, where he resides with his family.
