KILGORE, Texas, July 31, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Nasdaq:MMLP - News) announced today that it plans to publicly release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009 after the market closes on Wednesday, August 5, 2009.

In addition, Martin Midstream Partners intends to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 after the market closes on Wednesday, August 5, 2009
