(OTC BB:MRDAF.OB - News), a company engaged in research, development, manufacturing, and sales of advanced medical devices, in partnership with Meridian Medical Inc., (exclusive North American Distributor) is pleased to announce that they have signed an exclusive distribution agreement with J. Clark Inc.

The contract outlines that J. Clark Inc. has been granted exclusivity in the State of New Mexico and Southern California for a two-year period. Dr. Jeri Clark founder of J. Clark Inc. plans to utilize her extensive contacts in the medical industry to promote and distribute both the Lapex2000 BCS (LipoLaser), and the DPA/HRV (Digital Pulse Analyzer).

Upon executing the contract J. Clark Inc. paid an initial payment of $75,400 towards a total distribution fee of $375,000, to be paid over the next two years, to maintain the rights for Southern California and New Mexico. The two-year agreement outlines minimum sales orders of 96 units in year one (1), and 120 units in year two (2).

After graduating USC with a Doctorate in Pharmacy, Dr. Clark began her entrepreneurial career in pharmacy ownership among many other enterprises. Dr. Clark has successfully built 11 pharmacies into very lucrative businesses. During her career Dr. Clark has established relationships with MD's, Medical Practitioners, as well as many potential end users for Meridian Medical Inc.'s product line.
