NEW YORK (AP) -- 

Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at noon:
Aetna rose $.15 or .5 percent, to $29.31.
CIGNA fell $.25 or .8 percent, to $30.63.
Coventry Healthcare rose $.43 or 2.0 percent, to $22.42.
Humana rose $.61 or 1.5 percent, to $41.06.
UnitedHealth rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $28.71.
WellPoint rose $.84 or 1.6 percent, to $51.84.
