NEW YORK (AP) -- 

Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at noon:
Aetna unchanged at $29.48.
CIGNA rose $.03 or .1 percent, to $32.33.
Coventry Healthcare fell $.15 or .6 percent, to $23.18.
Humana rose $.22 or .5 percent, to $41.70.
UnitedHealth rose $.17 or .6 percent, to $29.25.
WellPoint fell $.26 or .5 percent, to $54.26.
