Managed Care companies shares mixed at noon

NEW YORK (AP) -- 

Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at noon:
Aetna fell $.10 or .3 percent, to $29.68.
CIGNA fell $.23 or .7 percent, to $30.73.
Coventry Healthcare fell $.12 or .5 percent, to $22.56.
Humana rose $.27 or .7 percent, to $41.78.
UnitedHealth fell $.33 or 1.1 percent, to $28.80.
WellPoint rose $.07 or .1 percent, to $52.43.
