Mktg gets additional noncompliance letter from Nasdaq because of late financial reports

NEW YORK (AP) -- Mktg Inc., formerly known as CoActive Marketing Group Inc., said Tuesday it received a noncompliance letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market because of its failure to file its financial report for the quarter ended June 30 on time.

The company received a similar letter from Nasdaq in July warning the company's stock was at risk of being delisted due to its failure to file its annual report for the year ended March 31 on time.

The company has 60 days to submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance. The company said it will attempt to submit the outstanding reports in that period, and will submit a plan to Nasdaq if it is unable to.

Shares ended down 4 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $1.15.
