NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of Brookfield Properties Corp. advanced after a Stifel Nicolaus & Co. analyst upgraded its rating to "Buy" from "Hold," citing a spate of positive developments for the real estate developer and manager.
PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Shares of memory chip maker Micron Technology Inc. soared on expectations that it would beat Wall Street's earnings and revenue forecast for the fourth quarter and first quarter of 2010 on the back of strong memory prices and robust shipments.
