Music Choice Names Sean Salo Director of Marketing

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Music Choice®, the award-winning, multi-platform video and music network, today announced that it has named Sean Salo as its Director of Marketing. In his new position, Sean will lead brand development for Music Choice’s On Demand (VOD) network and music channels across the network’s multiple distribution platforms. Salo will create innovative cross-platform marketing campaigns; enhance the network’s digital marketing and social networking capabilities; and identify and execute strategic, third party partnerships. He will oversee and direct the consumer marketing group, and liaise with the programming, content, creative and product development teams to develop compelling Original content and promotional campaigns to build greater consumer awareness and usage of the network’s video and audio offerings.

While at VH1, Sean directed media planning, strategy development and execution of traditional and digital marketing plans for all new and returning series. In addition to VH1, Sean developed marketing strategies for VH1 Classic and VH1 Soul. Sean’s background also includes stints at CBS Radio and Rolling Stone magazine.
