LOS ANGELES, Dec. 19, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nara Bancorp, Inc. (NasdaqGS:NARA - News), the parent company of Nara Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.0275 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2008. The dividend will be payable on or about January 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2008.
