MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 12, 2009 -- National Bank Insurance is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Vengo (trademark of AXA Assistance Canada) giving its clients access to a wide range of roadside assistance packages.

All National Bank Insurance clients with car insurance who are interested in obtaining a roadside assistance product may be referred to a Vengo representative, who will be able to offer them personalized services at preferential rates.

Vengo offers roadside assistance services such as towing, battery boost, fuel delivery if the insured's car runs out of gas, vehicle unlock, flat tire change and pull-out winch.

In addition to roadside assistance services, Vengo clients can also benefit from legal assistance services and a Privileges option. The legal assistance services give clients access to lawyers who can inform them about current laws, advise them on the steps to take in problem situations, and provide them with useful websites and the names and contact information of organizations or appropriate resource people. The Privileges option provides access to personalized services such as trip planning as well as hotel and camping reservations.
