National Fuel Gas declares quarterly dividend

National Fuel Gas declares regular quarterly dividend of 33.5 cents per share

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (AP) -- Integrated energy company National Fuel Gas Co. on Thursday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 33.5 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Oct. 15 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30. The company has about 80.4 million shares of common stock outstanding.

In June, the dividend was increased 3.1 percent to 33.5 cents per share.

Shares of the company rose 82 cents to $47.87 in afternoon trading.
