The presentation that will be used during the annual meeting of shareholders will be posted on Nevada Gold's website, www.NevadaGold.com, under the "Investor Relations" section at the start time of the meeting.

"We are very pleased with the accomplishments made in the past year and most recently the results at the Colorado Grand Casino, which continues to benefit from the recent expansion of our gaming operation in response to the rule changes that went into effect in July. We continue to expect that property to generate record cash flow for our fiscal year ending April of 2010. Our Washington casinos, which were acquired in May 2009, continue to meet our expectations with regard to business volumes and operating expenses while our hold percentages have been below historic levels. We expect these percentages to normalize in the months ahead. Our management team remains focused on vetting additional acquisition opportunities as the market for smaller casino properties remains attractive, but we will remain disciplined in our approach," said Robert Sturges, CEO of Nevada Gold.
